Why We Founded Genesis

Genesis Anesthesia Services was born from a simple but powerful realization: outpatient patients and providers deserve hospital-level care.

As experienced CRNAs working across hospitals and surgery centers, Aimee and Sam Creer saw the same challenges repeatedly—patients anxious about procedures, proceduralists balancing anesthesia needs with their clinical work, and a lack of dedicated, personalized anesthesia support in office-based settings.

They knew there was a better way. So they created Genesis—an anesthesia practice built to bring hospital-level care to outpatient and office-based settings, across every specialty they serve.

Aimee Creer, CRNA

Founder & Lead Anesthesia Provider

Aimee is a board-certified CRNA with 10 years of experience providing anesthesia across diverse healthcare settings.

Aimee's approach combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. She believes every patient—regardless of the procedure—deserves to feel heard, understood, and completely at ease. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Sam Creer III, CRNA

Co-Founder & Lead Anesthesia Provider

Sam brings over 25 years in healthcare, from hospital ORs to office-based settings. As co-founder of Genesis, he's committed to bringing the highest standards of anesthesia care to outpatient environments.

Known for his calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, Sam ensures that every procedure runs smoothly from a technical and safety standpoint. He's passionate about making outpatient anesthesia accessible, understandable, and stress-free for patients and providers alike. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising and lifting.

We follow ASA guidelines and use hospital-grade monitoring equipment for every procedure. Our CRNAs maintain current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Medical terminology doesn't have to be confusing. We explain procedures, medications, and expectations in plain language—to patients, providers, and families. Everyone deserves to understand what's happening and why.
